My initial interest in sports massage stemmed from my girls (all hockey players) getting a few aches and pains as they begun to play at a higher, intense level. I wanted to help them overcome their discomforts in between training and matches assisting with injury prevention and performance enhancement. Following this I wanted to be able to help others within the same capacity or as a way to relax. Alongside a level 3 diploma in sports massage I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage and Onsite, Corporate Massage. I enjoy developing my skills so look forward to undertaking more courses in the future.
